Recover, Rest and Relaxation

Resting in Estes Park, Colorado…..love the beautiful Rocky Mountains.

Well, so we thought! Ha! A very good friend of mine (Lynette) and myself have been sewing for 3 days straight. It seems that all we have sewn are half square triangles. We both ended up bringing several projects that have half square triangles. We have sewn over 1000 between the two of us! We used just about every product out there for the half square triangles, one product does not seem to be better than another, except the triangles on a roll, the paper has a tendency to roll up, but ironing the paper seemed to help.

Every time we stay in this particular cabin a huge herd of elk wander by our windows. I know they came just for us!
